Birthday Party 1

We were very glad to be able to celebrate Gabe's birthday on several occasions as we could with different family members.  All three of his grandparents happened to be on hand when we celebrated the weekend before his birthday.  This was the first time that he had any kind of sweets really & of course he ate nearly all of his cupcake.  He first wanted just the frosting & then eventually picked up the whole thing to try & shove into his mouth.  It was very cute to watch him systematically eat his cake & ignore the crowd of people laughing & cheering him on.  He had a great time & definitely had a little sugar high later on.  He enjoyed opening his presents & was very excited for his new toys!
