The Wagners

After visiting Grandma & Grandpa Timm, we headed up to my sister "Aunt Leasha's" house.  Gabe was super excited to get there.  Not only does he love Aunt Alicia, but he also couldn't wait to see his cousins.  Add in the fact that she has a swimming pool, playground, a trampoline, cats, cows, chickens & a dog, & Gabe is in heaven!  He definitely enjoyed chasing after the cats, calling them all "Cowboy" no matter what the color.  Pretty sure the dog didn't know what to do because Gabe sat right on top of her & was constantly in her face talking to her.

Gabe had a great time playing with his cousins.  He & Coye are definitely all boy...hitting, pushing, shouting & stealing each other's toys every time you turned your back.  But, I know they enjoy each other & talk about each other all of the time.  Aubrey & Chloe are great about helping entertain the boys & even let Gabe play up in their room on a couple of occasions.  Gabe still gets them confused sometimes, but he definitely asks about them a lot too.

It was the week of the county fair, so we got to go a couple of days.  It was really hot, so we didn't stay very long.  But Gabe enjoyed seeing the animals & walking/riding around.  He especially enjoyed the petting zoo.  I thought for sure he would injure at least one animal.  He would just grab right into the cages, picking up a bunny by its ears or a chick by its wings.  No letting him wander around by himself!!  He just wanted to hold & pet them all & never leave!!  :)

He also had an awesome time in the swimming pool.  He swims weekly at the public pool with his sitter but hasn't had a lot of time using his vest for swimming (they don't allow them at the public pool).  By the end of our time, both he & Coye had figured out how to swim & float in their vests.  They could kick themselves to the ladder & had a blast jumping in (with someone holding their hands).  Wish we lived close enough to swim every weekend!!
